Terms and Conditions

Welcome! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.


General

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value if specific flowers or materials are unavailable due to seasonality or supply. We will always maintain the overall style, color palette, and value of your arrangement.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Orders & Payments

Full payment is required at the time of purchase for all everyday orders. 50% deposit required for all events, total balance due at delivery on day of event. Weddings must be paid in full prior to wedding date according to contract. Orders are not confirmed until deposit or payment has been received. For event and custom orders, a non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed-upon due date prior to the event.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not completed.

Delivery & Pickup

We will do our best to deliver within the requested time frame; however, specific delivery times are not guaranteed.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all delivery information is accurate. We are not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Once an order has been delivered to the provided location, we are no longer responsible for the condition of the flowers.

Care & Longevity

Flowers are perishable and natural products. While we strive to provide the freshest blooms, we cannot guarantee exact longevity as it depends on environmental conditions and proper care.

Care instructions may be provided and should be followed to extend the life of your arrangement.

Return and Refund Policy

Everyday Orders Refund Policy:


We take pride in creating fresh, high-quality floral arrangements. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final. However, your satisfaction matters to us.

If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup with a photo of the arrangement. We will gladly work with you to make it right, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Please note:

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • We are not responsible for issues resulting from improper care after delivery
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable


Event & Custom Order Refund Policy:

Event and custom floral orders require advance planning, sourcing, and preparation. For this reason, the following policy applies:

  • A non-refundable retainer (deposit) is required to secure your event date
  • Remaining refund for balance is based on event and signed contract. 
  • In the rare case that we are unable to fulfill your order, a full refund will be issued.
